Meant to have J's first birthday party at Jacob Ballas but I figured the venue is more suitable when he's able to walk/run! Anyhow, we spent a very enjoyable evening at the park and I particularly loved these 2 pics of both boys :)

I can't wait for J to turn one! It is a big milestone for me too! :D

Starting young...

for soccer... J cannot walk on his own let alone play football but he is able to recognise the soccer balls in Ikea. He usually points to them and make demanding noises to be placed inside!

G got tickets for Liverpool's practice match so we went and the atmosphere was fantastic. Doubt J would remember meeting Ian Rush and Phil Thompson but here's a snapshot of the event for him:

Happy like a BIRD

We made our way to the Jurong Bird Park last weekend as J simply loves birds! He is easily distracted/pacified when we say 'look at the bird!' Admittedly, there were times when there's none but he's still at a stage where he's easily taken it and that's an advantage that we use (since there are few). We are so going back to the bird park :)

So much happening, so little time...

Hence, no blogging action till now!

Having been on course the entire month of June, I was catching up with work during evenings and trying to spend time with J and G.... but events like J being down with gastric flu (lots of LS), me kena food poisoning and my grandfather's passing .... But, there was also the chance to catch up with relatives, especially my niece who looks a lot like me when I was a baby.

JX at work

It was "Bring your Kids to Work Day" last friday. Took the chance to do so since it was one of the few days I would be in office the month of June. JX enjoyed himself superbly since he was well fed and many of my colleagues took turns to play with him. He had so much fun and was tire out within 2 hours and fell asleep almost immediately during the 5 min car journey home ;P

J spending time with his ailing great-grandfather. I am still of the mind that life live in ill-health is painful living... When my time is up, I want to go asap!
